Our goal is to create a welcoming and safe environment.  When you arrive at our office you will be greeted by our wonderful administrative staff.  You will be given intake forms to complete which will allow our Doctors and Therapists to understand your past health history.  Our job is to make you feel as comfortable as possible.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Upon completing the intake forms, you will be greeted by our Doctors/Therapists who will address your health concerns.  After a thorough history and physical examination, next steps will be determined and discussed.
